BIOGRAPHY
Joy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a doctoral candidate in Applied Behavior Analysis at Baekseok University in Korea. She holds two master’s degrees: one in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Alberta in Canada and another in Special Education from Dankook University in Korea. Her academic training and professional experience are grounded in evidence-based practices for supporting children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Joy specializes in caregiver-implemented interventions, with a particular focus on enhancing social communication, reducing challenging behaviors, and strengthening parent–child interactions in naturalistic settings.
